Manufacturing Ops Technician (Biotechnology)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; on-site role

Salary: $25 per hour, with eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Manufacture acoustic liquid-handler products while meeting quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Perform plate labeling, packaging, barcoding, inspection, and related manufacturing procedures in collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Document, analyze, and report experimental results.
• Maintain manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and manage inventory.
• Participate in daily management meetings and drive continuous process improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain and update manufacturing work instructions and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience using relevant computer software, production tools, and devices.
• Experience following standardized processes and work instructions.
• Ability to create and maintain manufacturing documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, interact with customers, collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize tasks, and maintain quality standards with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, California.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or food and beverage companies.
• Experience with quality analysis or control, document control, batch record review, or auditing GMP-regulated operations.
