Manufacturing Technician 3 (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform advanced mechanical assembly of stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, hardware, and electrical components.
• Use hand tools, tweezers, dial indicators, digital meters, torque verification equipment, microscopes, and precision measurement tools.
• Set up electrical testers, analyze probe-card failures, and adjust probe cards to achieve array planarity.
• Inspect components, troubleshoot circuits to the component level, and resolve test failures using electronic theory and measurement equipment.
• Analyze production data, apply SPC processes, and accurately record test results.
• Work with the shift team and engineering partners to meet daily production quotas.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related manufacturing or technical experience.
• Experience with mechanical assemblies, circuit analysis, electronic circuitry, electrical schematics, and materials handling.
• Ability to read mechanical work instructions and engineering documentation.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom, follow gowning, ESD, contamination-control, PPE, safety, and quality procedures.
• Ability to stand frequently, perform repetitive hand motions, handle small components, and lift up to 30 lb.
• Availability for the scheduled shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
