Lead Business Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Pleasanton, United States; hybrid for candidates within a reasonable commute, with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $155,000–$194,000 per year

What you will do

• Optimize business processes across Marketing, Salesforce CRM, Zuora CPQ, Customer Support, and Salesforce Communities.
• Act as the primary business systems analyst and subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Zuora CPQ, Marketo, Planhat, and Salesforce Communities.
• Gather requirements, lead discovery sessions and gap analyses, and translate business needs into functional specifications and IT strategies.
• Coordinate Salesforce configuration, integrations, delivery, user acceptance testing, go-live activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
• Drive the integration of Zuora CPQ with Salesforce and support subscription management, billing, case management, knowledge bases, and customer and partner experiences.
• Own AI intake and prioritization, build and maintain AI agents with Gemini Enterprise and Claude, and enable business teams to create no-code, low-code, and vibe-coded automations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with Marketing, Salesforce CRM, Zuora CPQ, Service Cloud, Customer Support, Salesforce Communities, and related technology solutions.
• Experience evaluating and prioritizing AI and automation requests based on business value, feasibility, risk, and data sensitivity.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, testing, and maintaining enterprise AI agents using Gemini Enterprise, Claude Cowork, or Claude Chat.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile best practices, Jira, requirements documentation, UAT, and coordination with technical delivery teams.
• Ability to work from or commute to the Pleasanton office at least 3 days per week when applicable.
