Associate Process Improvement Consultant (Healthcare Revenue Cycle Technology)

Location: Virtual, based in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, USA; travel to client sites may be required up to 50%

What you will do

• Support implementation of revenue cycle workflows covering patient access, patient accounting, denials, and liability estimation.
• Participate in client assessments and create best-practice workflow documentation in Visio.
• Support RPA and machine learning integrations for existing workflow projects.
• Analyze large datasets, identify improvement opportunities, and present recommendations.
• Translate workflow documentation into pseudocode and collaborate with development and QA teams to diagnose application issues.
• Lead user acceptance testing, coordinate client signoffs, and prepare customer super users for training and go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software implementation environment.
• Experience with application configuration and testing; interaction with development or IT teams is preferred.
• Strong business writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Visio.
• Ability to work virtually from the USA and travel to client sites up to 50% when required.
