Sr Manager Analytics Consulting - Sourcing & Vendor Strategy

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid FLEX policy with at least 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week

Base pay: $121,200–$225,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead a team of analytics professionals supporting strategic sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
• Develop insights from spend, supplier, contract, market, and operational data to improve cost optimization, value creation, risk mitigation, and supplier performance.
• Establish data ownership, governance standards, quality controls, accessibility, and accountability for procurement data assets.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders on data-driven visualizations and executive-level insights.
• Advance analytics capabilities and support decisions that maximize vendor return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business statistics, accounting, or finance, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience working with internal stakeholders or clients and analyzing and reporting healthcare data.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience, including 2 years in management.
• Experience with vendor contracts, key metadata, and products and services procured by a large services organization.
• Experience applying quantitative and qualitative standards, performance measures, and statistical methodologies, with strong negotiation, decision-making, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already have authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Procurement or Supply Chain professionals.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics or Information Management.
• Alteryx certification and Microsoft Power BI certification.
• Ability to code in Python and Microsoft Visual Studio Code.
