Lead Hybrid Product Advisor (Healthcare Analytics)

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Advise a portfolio of healthcare clients and build trusted strategic relationships.
• Drive adoption and optimization of Clinical Data Base and Procedural Analytics solutions through education, demonstrations, training, webinars, and presentations.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify opportunities to improve quality, cost, utilization, and operational performance.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation support, product launches, and client success initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Data Science, Client Success, Training, and Technical teams to address client needs and inform product development.
• Mentor Product Advisor colleagues and communicate client feedback, market trends, and enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Relevant education in Healthcare Administration, Business, Analytics, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare analytics, performance improvement, benchmarking, quality metrics, and cost analysis methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, client relationship management, and consultative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate healthcare data findings to diverse audiences.
