Business Analyst

What you will do

• Perform business and systems analysis across multiple systems.
• Gather, document, and communicate business and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into use cases, user stories, wireframes, and storyboards.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Model systems and data using UML and apply Domain Driven Design to web-based solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, training materials, and project delivery from inception through completion.

Requirements

• Experience with user stories, wireframing, storyboarding, UML, and walkthroughs.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Enterprise-level experience with system application design and development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional or matrixed teams while taking ownership of solutions.
• Proactive, self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
