Salary: $109,000–$174,800 annual base pay for the Bay Area; the posting also lists a US range of $94,000–$151,800.

What you will do

  • Advise the Circulatory Restoration business and support the development, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of the healthcare compliance program.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, mitigation plans, regular risk reviews, and identification of compliance issues.
  • Review healthcare compliance activities, including third-party intermediary due diligence and cross-border interactions.
  • Lead compliance data analytics, monitoring, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting using enterprise healthcare compliance systems.
  • Support compliance training and communications through planning, content creation, deployment, and tracking.
  • Promote accountability, integrity, and compliance-focused decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of business experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare compliance, government contracts compliance, finance, commercial contracting, or a related area.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Stark Law, and HIPAA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analytics, data accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Ability to develop dashboards, graphs, flow charts, and other visual tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, writing, and attention-to-detail skills in a fast-paced environment.
