Change Management Delivery Lead

Location: Columbus, Ohio — Arena District; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $96,600–$144,900 per year.

What you will do

• Lead readiness, stakeholder impact, communication, and training needs assessments for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute integrated change management, communication, engagement, and learning strategies aligned with program milestones.
• Translate change impacts into presentations, job aids, learning resources, and targeted training solutions.
• Establish feedback loops, communication channels, and training programs that support knowledge transfer and sustained adoption.
• Analyze readiness, participation, communication, and adoption data to identify risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions while managing resistance and guiding cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience leading complex, transformational change initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including large-scale change and training strategies.
• Experience working independently, leading others, and operating effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, relationship-building, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and experience using Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• PROSCI certification.
• Instructional Design certification and knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with video editing software and training development tools such as Captivate or Articulate.
