Product Enablement Manager, NA (Data Centers)

Location: Denver, Colorado with 3 days in-office and 2 flexible days, or remote within the United States.

Salary: $160,000–$175,000 annual base salary plus bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate product change planning, readiness assessments, adoption plans, communications, training, and reinforcement activities.
• Support operational readiness, acceptance criteria, handover requirements, and traceability of asset, configuration, approval, and supporting data.
• Develop deployment materials, readiness checklists, role-based guidance, standard operating procedures, and onboarding resources.
• Facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, adoption assessments, listening sessions, retrospectives, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
• Track feedback, change requests, readiness and adoption metrics, lessons learned, and improvement actions through closure.
• Recommend process, workflow, automation, dashboard, and deployment improvements that reduce rework and strengthen standardization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, technical program management, operational readiness, infrastructure operations, process improvement, construction delivery, or a related field.
• Experience deploying, scaling, or operating complex hardware-intensive, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, or data center products.
• Experience applying structured change management practices, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage project-level work, competing priorities, ambiguity, and relationships in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial systems, hyperscale infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects.
• Formal change management training or certification using a recognized methodology.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, reporting platforms, dashboards, structured data, and operational metrics.
• Experience with operating procedures, governance processes, deployment playbooks, readiness models, or OPRs.
