Distribution Transformation - Change Management Lead

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; New York, New York; Atlanta, Georgia; Southfield, Michigan; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Salary: $152,000–$200,050 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise change strategies for high-impact distribution transformation initiatives.
• Translate future-state distribution and operating models into adoption roadmaps covering structures, roles, capabilities, and daily operations.
• Mobilize executive sponsors, distribution leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders around transformation outcomes.
• Lead pilots, micro-testing, continuous listening, and feedback mechanisms to reduce implementation risk and improve adoption.
• Establish measurement frameworks for readiness, adoption, behavior, proficiency, and business outcomes.
• Develop sustainment and culture transformation strategies that reinforce behavioral change and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational transformation, change management, operating model activation, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide adoption with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience leading organizational and behavioral change across complex, multi-location, customer-facing organizations.
• Experience establishing change measurement frameworks linked to business performance.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work from one of the listed U.S. locations.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail banking, distribution, branch network transformation, workforce transformation, or customer experience industries.
• Expertise in behavioral science, adoption strategy, design thinking, continuous improvement, or test-and-learn methodologies.
• Advanced degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Change Leadership, or a related field.
