Project Manager (Change Management)

Location: United States; compensation range applies to offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. The role follows a principally in-person workplace model with day-to-day flexibility agreed with the supervisor and team.

Salary: $105,500–$174,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate business priorities into executable project roadmaps aligned with stakeholder expectations and strategic objectives.
• Manage enterprise-wide projects across planning, scheduling, scope, risks, issues, resources, communications, sustainment, and benefits tracking.
• Lead assigned projects and change management activities for transformational initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements, analyze them, and translate them into measurable project objectives.
• Plan stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness activities, and adoption strategies.
• Build relationships across the firm, drive consensus, resolve competing priorities, and coordinate delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of successful project management experience.
• At least 3 years of change management experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and own outcomes through completion.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PMI or similar project management certification.
• ACMP or Prosci change management certification.
• Bilingual Japanese-English or Chinese-English candidates may qualify for an exception to the sponsorship requirement.
