Parts Business Leader

Location: Hybrid role based in Columbus, Ohio, or Chicago, Illinois; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $96,400–$137,700 annually.

What you will do

• Develop outage-specific parts lists using technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle from customer quotes and order entry through delivery tracking, invoicing, and payment completion.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Management, Finance, and Regional Sales to execute orders and customer proposals.
• Respond to customer inquiries about outage planning and urgent parts requirements.
• Apply commercial and financial strategies to quotes and orders while supporting customer satisfaction and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an Engineering degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related industry or function.
• Experience with Order Management, Field Service, and/or SAP is preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship is required.
