Sales Representative (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $25–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand trust and drive purchases.
• Handle a mix of sales, customer support, and general customer care using appropriate judgment and tone.
• Identify edge cases, process gaps, and workflow improvements, then help implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and collaborate with teammates across functions.
• Work with the product team to identify platform improvement opportunities.
• Improve sales performance, conversation conversion, execution speed, and proficiency with new technologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-first judgment.
• Experience using software tools and platforms, with some technical or product experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet goals, stay organized, and analyze business metrics.
• Adaptability, coachability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
• Flexible availability with required weekend coverage and the ability to work remotely from the US.
