Delivery Manager, DMV

Location: Frisco, Texas, United States; onsite management required 5 days per week. Must be US-based to support the US Government Market.

Salary: $156,360–$296,880 annually for the standard US range; location-specific ranges may apply.

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing delivery and manage service outcomes within contractual frameworks.
• Lead and guide delivery teams responsible for application development design and related services.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Business Architects, Software Developers, and Software Architects across the DMV account portfolio.
• Align custom software products and services with evolving customer business needs.
• Support the co-creation, design, deployment, and maintenance of reliable and available systems.
• Build positive customer outcomes through direct and continuous customer interaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams.
• 5+ years of management experience, including management of 20+ employees.
• Knowledge of managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors, and hirify.global competencies.
• Experience in a leading and hands-on role with knowledge comparable to the employees being managed.
• Must be US-based and able to work onsite in Frisco, Texas, five days per week.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Software Development Lifecycle process experience.
