Senior Equipment Engineering Project Manager

What you will do

• Define project scopes, work breakdown structures, schedules, cost estimates, milestones, budgets, staffing plans, and BOMs.
• Drive project execution and report progress, issues, risks, and planned solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Evaluate new project requests and anticipate technical, operational, and people-related challenges.
• Guide project teams in mitigating near- and medium-term risks affecting budgets and timelines.
• Ensure project teams have the context and decisions needed to execute work effectively.
• Partner with supply chain teams and vendors to coordinate engineering deliverables, design reviews, and technical inputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• At least 8 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Proven experience managing hardware or equipment engineering projects independently.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and engineering disciplines.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Devens, Massachusetts, perform extended periods of standing, sitting, typing, and stooping, and work around industrial hazards.

• Experience supporting factory build-outs, strategic infrastructure projects, or complex tooling programs.
