Project Manager (Electrical)

Location: Red Oak, TX — on-site; frequent outdoor construction-site visits, work at the job site most of the time, and up to 10% travel as needed.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build and lead project teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors while coordinating responsibilities and performance.
• Allocate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Monitor project execution, safety, quality, budgets, timelines, and client communications.
• Manage scope changes, change orders, project documentation, progress reports, inspections, and compliance with electrical codes.
• Complete project reviews, closeout documentation, final reports, and invoices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent experience as a Project Manager in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification and commitment to safety and quality standards.
