Commercial Construction Superintendent (Mission Critical)

What you will do

• Direct on-site project workflow in line with the project schedule and construction standards.
• Lead jobsite safety activities, administer the safety program, and coordinate incident reporting and inspections.
• Maintain quality standards, daily activity and site-condition logs, punch lists, and project closeout through owner and architect acceptance.
• Coordinate with the project manager on sequencing, schedule commitments, installation methods, and long-lead items.
• Lead site staff and subcontractors, maintain working relationships, and communicate project priorities.
• Document work orders and tickets, identify issues early, and provide solutions in collaboration with project and site operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of building processes and construction best practices.
• Ability to organize people, tools, time, and other resources to meet tight deadlines.
• Previous superintendent or project lead experience is preferred.
• Ability to use project software including Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekend work, or fast-paced projects.
