Business Analyst, Conferences Business Solutions

Location: Hybrid role based in Irving, Texas, United States; willingness to travel up to 10 times per year to support hirify.global conferences worldwide.

Salary: USD 72,000–100,000 base salary per year, plus an eligible annual bonus or role-based incentive plan.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define needs, prioritize opportunities, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business problems, opportunities, risks, processes, workflows, and system capabilities to recommend improvements.
• Translate business and technology strategies into requirements, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support prioritization, decision-making, and solution validation.
• Work with technology teams throughout requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Support conference operations by resolving business and technology challenges remotely and onsite at hirify.global conferences.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to document requirements, synthesize information, and communicate with business and technical audiences.
• Understanding of business systems, integrations, data flows, and core technology concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Irving, Texas, and travel up to 10 times per year.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar platforms.
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
