Functional Consultant - D365 (Dynamics 365)

Location: Hybrid role based in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Marlow, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and business process mapping activities.
• Gather, document and prioritise business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Support backlog creation and refinement with Product Owners.
• Design and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities across customer and operational journeys.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or related modules.
• Experience designing business processes using Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform functionality.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Marlow.
