Business Systems Manager (Salesforce/NetSuite)

Location: Hiring in the UK, ideally for onsite work in Cambridge, or in the East Coast US for a remote position. Listed locations include Connecticut, Detroit, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia, Manhattan, and the UK.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year for the US.

What you will do

• Own the business systems intake process and turn requests from Sales Ops, Finance, Channel, Product, and Marketing into a prioritized backlog.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end agile delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into precise user stories, specifications, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Partner with the Business Systems Software Engineer and platform administrators on environments, deployment pipelines, testing, rollback, and DevOps practices.
• Own data quality across Salesforce, NetSuite, Celigo, and connected systems through audits, cleanup, and ongoing validation checks.
• Modernize quoting, dynamic pricing, subscription management, and related business systems while balancing MVP delivery with the long-term roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, or revenue operations.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience establishing or maturing DevOps practices, including environments, CI/CD, and release management in a small team.
• Experience auditing, cleaning, and maintaining data quality across core systems.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into prioritized backlogs, clear specifications, acceptance criteria, and UAT plans.
• Hands-on production experience with AI development tools and working knowledge of subscription mechanics such as proration, true-forward reconciliation, and co-terming.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience in a technical product environment.
