Senior VDC Engineer (BIM/AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York, USA, with 1–2 days per week meeting clients on site. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead multi-trade BIM coordination across major commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Own client relationships and advise on digital delivery strategy.
• Translate complex models into improved constructability, speed, and project clarity.
• Introduce smarter workflows, automation, and AI-supported processes.
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects and navigate evolving client expectations.
• Mentor teams and help shape VDC best practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in VDC, BIM coordination, and constructability.
• Ability to lead coordination workflows from early design through construction.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a client-facing strategic leadership role.
• Must be based in New York, NY, and available for regular client meetings on site.
• US work authorization is required.
