ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ServiceNow)

Estimated annual pay range: $100,000–$170,000, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Install and configure ServiceNow integration functionality for provider and consumer environments.
• Set up vendor catalog items, mappings, data transformations, remote tasks, and bi-directional synchronization.
• Execute customer onboarding playbooks and associated workflows.
• Prepare UAT environments, validate scenarios and acceptance criteria, and guide customer testers.
• Troubleshoot UAT issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Build test plans and suites, support upgrade regression testing, and expand automated test coverage.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting ServiceNow or similar CSM and ITSM environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow playbooks, integrations, process mapping, workflows, and catalog configuration.
• Experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with customers.
• Strong knowledge of Automated Test Framework and test automation.
• Intermediate ability to explain complex technical problems, understand the IT lifecycle, and provide consultative solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or Integration Hub Micro-Certification.
• Experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and cross-instance integrations.
• Consulting or customer-facing experience deploying complex multi-platform solutions.
