Associate ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote within the United States; all work must be performed in the United States. The role is associated with Reston, Virginia, and access from foreign locations or through personal VPN connections is prohibited.

Salary: $67,355–$138,549 per year.

What you will do

• Discover business outcomes and functional requirements with solution architects and business analysts.
• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications according to requirements and platform best practices.
• Support data migration from legacy systems and validate ServiceNow data structures, schemas, and fields.
• Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to create end-to-end processes.
• Test configurations, troubleshoot incidents and problems, and resolve implementation issues.
• Document technical decisions, support user training and change management, and communicate project risks and status.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow mainline certification; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred.
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance required.
• Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work within the United States.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform capabilities, ITIL processes, and IT Service Management principles.
• Technical skills in scripting, workflow configuration, and business rule development, with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Nice to have

• More than 480 hours of hands-on experience configuring or building each of 1–3 ServiceNow applications.
