ServiceNow Developer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; all work must be performed in the United States. Foreign locations and personal VPN connections are prohibited. Office: Reston, Virginia.

Salary: $81,499–$167,644 per year.

What you will do

• Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications based on client requirements.
• Develop scripts, business rules, UI policies, workflows, and other platform configurations.
• Support data migration from legacy systems and validate ServiceNow data structures.
• Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Test configurations, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve implementation issues.
• Create technical documentation, support user training and change management, and mentor Associate ServiceNow Developers.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work within the United States.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• At least one additional mainline ServiceNow certification, such as Application Developer or a CIS certification.
• Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, workflow configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring or building five or more ServiceNow applications with more than 480 hands-on hours per application.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agent capabilities, and third-party AI integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles.
