Director, Splunk Practice Leader (CCaaS)

hirify.global is building a Splunk consulting capability focused on CCaaS integrations, observability, security, operational intelligence, and customer experience outcomes.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Splunk go-to-market strategy with sales, alliances, executive leadership, Splunk, and Cisco.
• Lead technical qualification, discovery workshops, executive presentations, demonstrations, architecture sessions, proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work.
• Design secure, scalable, supportable solutions across Splunk Cloud, Splunk Enterprise, Enterprise Security, ITSI, and Observability.
• Architect integrations across CCaaS platforms, including data ingestion strategies, telemetry models, security requirements, and reference architectures.
• Build the professional services practice, including its service portfolio, operating model, staffing strategy, delivery methodologies, governance, and growth roadmap.
• Lead early engagements and establish delivery standards, customer escalations, talent development, partner management, and long-term practice performance.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise across architecture, implementation, integration, migration, optimization, and operations.
• Architect-level experience with a Contact Center as a Service platform is required; Cisco contact center experience is preferred.
• Client-facing consulting experience in professional services, systems integration, technology consulting, or a vendor partner environment.
• Experience with technical discovery, solution architecture, estimation, proposals, Statements of Work, presentations, and complex customer discussions.
• Experience launching or materially growing a consulting practice, service line, technical capability, or portfolio of offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience, with strong executive communication and commercial judgment.

Nice to have

• Advanced Splunk certification, such as Splunk Architect or Splunk Administrator.
• Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk IT Service Intelligence, or Splunk Observability.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading technical consulting teams.
• Experience with managed services, recurring services, or ongoing advisory models.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies, partner programs, sales motions, or professional services.
