Enterprise Architect for AI Cloud Infrastructure

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote working is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.

What you will do

• Design, build, automate, and operate network infrastructure for an industrial AI cloud.
• Provision and maintain InfiniBand switches, firewalls, routers, border gateways, and related network interconnections.
• Manage network lifecycle activities, including installations, upgrades, firmware updates, patches, configuration backups, and documentation.
• Develop automation concepts, scripts, and deployment workflows for configuration, release, testing, and operations.
• Implement monitoring and observability, support incident and root-cause analysis, and improve ITIL processes and runbooks.
• Coordinate with data center, IaaS, PaaS, platform engineering, and AI solution teams; provide customer consultancy and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with network installation, maintenance, operations, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of InfiniBand, RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE), and low-latency, high-throughput networking for AI or HPC workloads.
• Knowledge of data center routing and border gateway protocols, including BGP, OSPF, ASNs, IP transit, peering, and failover connectivity.
• Experience with Cisco or Juniper routers, FortiGate firewalls, UFM, Linux, firewall security, and software-defined networking.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with Python or Bash scripting, Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, Helm, Git, CI/CD, Grafana, and Prometheus. English at B2 level is required.
