Product Solutions Analyst (GIS)

Location: Remote based in the United States

Annual base salary: $90,000–$100,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Configure and support Elements XS and Connect solutions based on customer requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Develop workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards using platform tools.
• Support implementation, testing, training, deployment, documentation, and project status activities.
• Maintain customer environments and integrations while troubleshooting escalated support requests.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Support teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, business systems analysis, GIS solutions, technical consulting, or a related field.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting customer-facing technology solutions.
• Working knowledge of GIS concepts, geospatial applications, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, or business process solutions.
• Familiarity with HTML and web-based applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Esri GIS technology, JavaScript, workflow automation, or application integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, or IIS.
• Knowledge of utility, municipal government, or asset management environments.
• Experience supporting software implementation or customer success engagements.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
