Data Quality Analyst (SQL)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $70,500–$105,700 USD for Zone 1 locations (CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA); $65,800–$98,800 USD for all other US locations. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to support successful data migrations.
• Evaluate source database structures and translate them into the hirify.global data model.
• Write queries to correct, reformat, and move data.
• Develop methods for transferring data from previously unsupported source systems.
• Manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Communicate project status, requirements, delays, and completion with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Basic knowledge and experience with T-SQL and ETL operations.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to identify database relationships and infer developer intent from structure and values.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
