TL;DR

What you will do
- Develop and support analytical systems for operational analysis and decision-making.
- Work with business process owners to identify KPIs and analytical requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify data sources and analyze data lifecycles.
- Design data warehouse structures, define ETL requirements for data engineers, and validate the results.
- Develop dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Superset, or similar analytical platforms.
- Present analytical results to customers.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
- Understanding of business process analysis and KPI identification.
- Practical experience with Tableau, Looker, or Superset.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of database principles; Python is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Russian and English is required.
