Treasury Supervisor

What you will do

• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, funding needs, and daily cash management for hirify.global Mexico entities.
• Administer US, Maquiladora, and non-Maquiladora bank accounts, including account openings, signatories, records, and banking relationships.
• Monitor bank reconciliations, cash pooling, payable cash flow, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing support.
• Analyze hedging and funding activities while helping minimize financial risk.
• Manage treasury operations, controls, KYC processes, Kyriba data, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Report treasury activities to senior management and drive treasury projects across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field.
• Experience managing treasury functions, including FX, liquidity, cash flow, treasury accounting, and financial instruments.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, accounting, accounts payable, treasury, or accounts receivable roles.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger functions, and month-end and year-end close processes.
• Knowledge of Mexico tax law, cash regulations, and local compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP CO, MM, and PP, together with analytical, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
