Finance Operations Intern (ERP)

What you will do

• Review and process Professional Services orders and contracts to set up projects in internal systems.
• Process contract and project updates, cancellations, and manual adjustments according to approval and accounting rules.
• Audit project documentation and billing data before final invoicing.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, credits, and adjustments.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain order accuracy.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• RFC.
