Collections Manager

Location: Mexico City, Mexico — full-time, onsite

Salary: MXN $950,000–$1,050,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee, manage, and audit collections strategies, processes, and reporting.
• Create and implement strategies to increase successful collections of outstanding debt.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluation for collections staff.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader for the Mexico City office and provide operational oversight across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve collections performance and processes.
• Implement credit policies and procedures aligned with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required.
