TL;DR
I2C Business Partner (Finance Operations): Connecting regional stakeholders with global Invoice-to-Cash operations across billing, cash application, and collections with an accent on process governance, KPI management, and regulatory compliance. Focus on resolving disputes and payment delays, driving automation and transformation initiatives, and improving operational performance across regional markets.
Location: Eagle, Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid with at least two days per week in the assigned office

What you will do
- Serve as the primary regional contact for billing, cash application, and collections activities.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and global I2C teams to align processes with business and customer requirements.
- Monitor billing accuracy, accounts receivable aging, DSO, unapplied cash, and collection effectiveness.
- Manage escalations involving customer disputes, payment delays, account reconciliations, and process issues.
- Support global process standards, internal controls, compliance, audit readiness, training, and change management.
- Execute transformation, automation, and continuous-improvement initiatives with global process leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or collections.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration across global or regional organizations.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable management, cash-flow optimization, collections, dispute resolution, financial controls, and I2C operations.
- Experience with ERP and financial systems, preferably PeopleSoft and Salesforce, plus I2C platforms such as HighRadius.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including Microsoft Excel, KPI dashboards, root-cause analysis, and operational improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global shared services or Global Capability Center environment.
- Knowledge of regional regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and cultural considerations across multiple markets.
- Experience with finance transformation, automation, or digital process improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence methodologies.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
