What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on training operations and activities.
  • Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings, communicate updates, and gather training requirements.
  • Coordinate training bookings, logistics, documentation, records, and operational timelines.
  • Manage hotel and accommodation arrangements, vendor coordination, and invoicing support.
  • Monitor training administration tickets, support issue resolution, and coordinate secondary training activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, efficiency, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, planning, time management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
  • Must be legally authorized to live and work in Canada and able to work on-site at a customer location in Montreal.

Nice to have

  • Experience in aviation, training operations, training administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada training requirements and regulations.
  • Experience with learning management systems and training logistics coordination.
  • Interest in process improvement, automation initiatives, and current learning and development trends.
