Senior Technical Enablement Manager

Location: Hybrid, with time in the Toronto office in Liberty Village

Salary: CAD 104,000–122,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and scale technical onboarding, ramp programs, role-specific training tracks, hands-on labs, and competency assessments.
• Develop technical playbooks, solution architecture guides, certifications, and field-ready learning content for hirify.global and Workday-integrated solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, Sales, and Solutions Consulting to support launches, competitive initiatives, and go-to-market readiness.
• Lead technical kickoffs, solution summits, QBRs, field sessions, beta programs, and feedback loops.
• Improve enablement infrastructure, including demo environments, solution libraries, video content, AI-powered resources, and content discovery.
• Build peer-learning and mentorship programs, identify internal technical coaches, and measure program usage, impact, ramp velocity, and time-to-productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, Solutions Engineering, technical account management, or equivalent customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience designing and launching training programs, certifications, or onboarding curricula at scale.
• Experience working with technical field teams and identifying skill gaps and enablement needs.
• Strong program management, project execution, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, role-appropriate learning experiences and use data to improve programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
