Director, Intuit Expert Academy (AI)

Location: San Diego, California preferred; Mountain View, California for the ideal candidate

Base pay: $275,500–$372,500 in Mountain View; $236,500–$320,000 in San Diego. The position may also be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, curriculum, content, programs, and learner experience for hirify.global Academy.
• Lead a global organization of 30+ employees and 50+ contractors across learning strategy, content design, innovation, and operations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate expert readiness needs into platform priorities, requirements, and success measures.
• Design learning programs across sourcing, onboarding, in-role development, and retention for different expert and partner groups.
• Prepare experts to oversee, review, and validate AI-assisted work across multiple service experiences.
• Improve learning delivery, content operations, speed to proficiency, and measurable service quality and resolution outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in learning strategy, curriculum and content development, and delivery.
• 8–10 years of people leadership experience, including 3–5 years managing managers or leaders in a multi-layer organization.
• Experience with learning technology, ed-tech, workforce transformation, and learning programs in a virtual global setting.
• Experience building retail learning programs and scaling programs powered by AI, adaptive technology, or advanced content tools.
• Experience leading significant organizational change, strengthening leadership structures, and building manager bench strength.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and transforming workforces from direct execution to AI-assisted work oversight.
