Application Administrator

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $75,100–$103,300 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Configure and support complex business application issues for end users.
• Partner with IT and functional business areas on application configuration and improvement projects.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated software application problems.
• Document incidents, resolutions, processes, and procedures.
• Recommend system modifications to reduce recurring user issues.
• Coach and mentor less experienced Application Administrators or Specialists.

Requirements

• 2 years of business systems analysis experience, including process flowcharting.
• 2 years of experience with SQL.
• 2–4 years of experience administering and supporting end-user applications.
• Experience working with offshore development and QA teams.
• Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• This position is remote within the USA and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
