Application Systems Analyst II

Salary: $74,500–$104,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications to ensure performance and availability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned applications and business units.
• Troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and performance problems, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide Tier II application support and coordinate complex issue resolution with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Configure applications, monitor application health, and support deployments, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Participate in software implementation and system integration projects.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust clearance required.
• DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, systems analysis, or application administration.
• Experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite), COTS and/or custom applications, and application troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active DoD clearance and experience in federal government or public-sector IT environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Jira, Remedy, or other enterprise and IT service management platforms.
