Instructional Design Specialist

What you will do

• Analyze business needs and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to recommend learning strategies.
• Design and develop learning solutions using adult learning principles and accepted instructional design processes.
• Create and deliver e-learning, video, instructor-led, and blended-learning materials within project timelines.
• Gather content, clarify requirements, communicate risks and status, and participate in review sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness against business goals and continuously improve existing content.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and implement materials according to technical and hosting requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of corporate training experience in instructional design and development, or equivalent education.
• Clear writing skills for the intended audience and purpose.
• Experience creating learning deliverables with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360.
• Ability to write, design, and structure documents, video, e-learning, and instructor-led content.
• Ability to generate learning design ideas and recommendations.
