What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to hospice patients and families with basic to complex needs.
• Use the nursing process to create a therapeutic and caring environment.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and care settings.
• Recognize and manage rapidly changing clinical situations using critical thinking and clinical decision-making.
• Apply current evidence, national standards, specialty standards, and the nursing code of ethics to professional practice.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Competent clinical practice and strong critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to provide hospice care and collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Commitment to continued professional growth and development.
• Ability to work in Manchester, New Hampshire, United States.
