What you will do

• Partner with senior functional leaders to support business performance, operational planning, metrics management, and decision-making.
• Develop and communicate KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, performance summaries, and data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze operational trends to identify risks, opportunities, performance gaps, and areas requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate annual planning, goal setting, resource and budget planning, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and governance forums.
• Improve reporting, management routines, data visualization, automation, and business processes across manufacturing and site functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of performance management experience; associate’s degree with 8 years; bachelor’s degree with 4 years; master’s degree with 2 years; or doctorate degree.
• Experience with business performance management, operational planning, metrics, reporting, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to support senior leaders, translate complex information into business insights, and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering operations in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their practical application in manufacturing, operations, analytics, or process improvement.
• Working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
• Foundational project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional activities.
