What you will do

• Lead business operations support for Drug Product Operations across Formulation, Filling, Inspection, and Packaging.
• Plan, run, and improve operating-unit business processes to increase productivity and financial value.
• Lead production support processes including budget management, resource management, business performance, and BOM/recipe master data management.
• Ensure production support processes comply with cGMP and HSE regulations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Finance, Smart Factory, and Drug Substance Operations.
• Analyze complex data with digital and AI tools and communicate findings through reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing operations, or hands-on SAP master data management experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience actively managing and maintaining BOMs, recipes, or process orders is relevant; end-user-only SAP experience is insufficient.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or an equivalent data visualization tool.
• SAP knowledge, preferably in master data management; implementation experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
