Registered Nurse CDH Mother/Baby Full-time Nights

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; onsite, full-time night shift

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients and develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Direct and delegate care provided by assistants involved in direct patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Document patient responses, care decisions, communications, and updates in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, and unit projects.
• Use research findings and available evidence to guide clinical practice.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• BSN required; an ADN is accepted with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the relevant clinical area.
• Trauma Nurse Specialist, Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse credentials.
