Senior People Business Partner - Clinical

Location: Remote; the role supports a fully distributed Clinical Care Team.

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end People partnership for the distributed Clinical Care Team, including performance management, employee relations, compensation reviews, and engagement surveys.
• Handle complex and sensitive employee matters while balancing business needs with the employee experience.
• Coach managers and leaders, provide actionable feedback, and strengthen accountability.
• Use people metrics to inform decisions about performance, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, Legal, and IT to clarify ownership and build efficient processes.
• Report to the Senior Director of People and collaborate with the broader People team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Generalist, or equivalent role.
• Experience supporting a fully distributed, non-exempt clinical workforce, including related compliance and policy requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
• Sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills for sensitive employee situations.
• Ability to coach managers, drive issues through resolution, and work effectively across functions.
• Experience working in scaling businesses or startups and comfort with ambiguity.
