Regional Manager, Corporate Real Estate

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; onsite corporate real estate role.

Salary: $104,000–$171,700 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentives.

What you will do

• Manage corporate real estate activities across an assigned, geographically diverse portfolio.
• Determine office space requirements and oversee brokers, market research, site analysis, and location recommendations.
• Negotiate leases covering new offices, renewals, terminations, subleases, expansions, downsizing, and relocations.
• Oversee facilities operations, interior design, tenant construction, furniture installation, move-in activities, and outsourced facility providers.
• Manage leasing schedules, budgets, space reduction initiatives, and disposition processes to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with business leadership, Legal, IT, Human Resources, Security, brokers, and third-party project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in or exposure to real estate and real estate law, space planning, or facilities/property management.
• Experience forecasting and preparing budgets, with general knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
