Traveling Electrical Construction Assistant Project Manager

Location: Eagan, Minnesota office, with required co-location at project sites and travel according to the hirify.global traveling plan.

Salary: $66,560–$92,160 per year.

What you will do

• Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement, engineering, subcontracting, and installation.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and support client satisfaction.
• Help keep projects economically on track while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Prepare, process, and manage project files, schedules, reports, billing, and other documentation.
• Complete project submittals and close-out activities.
• Work across office and industrial job-site environments while meeting daily deadlines.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to co-locate at project locations and travel according to the hirify.global traveling plan.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A two-year degree in electrical construction, construction management, a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Drawing, blueprint-reading, and specification experience.
• Bluebeam and CAD experience.
