Analyst Client Experience - Portfolio Construction Solutions (AI)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home.

Base salary: $69,500–$118,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Additional salary ranges apply to Washington, D.C., New York, and California.

What you will do

• Serve as product owner for assigned digital products and initiatives, identifying business needs and prioritizing enhancements.
• Gather requirements, develop user stories, prioritize backlogs, and support testing, deployment, and post-launch operations.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, design, product, analyst, developer, and support teams in an Agile environment.
• Use data, analytics, AI capabilities, user feedback, and research to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate releases, operational changes, project dependencies, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Support initiatives focused on key performance indicators, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Professional experience in product management, digital experience management, or a related field.
• Understanding of generative AI, large language models, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled business models and experiences.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA, SQL database queries, and Adobe Experience Manager, including publishing.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
• Strong negotiation, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-influencing skills.
