Building Systems Project Manager (Data Center/BMS)

What you will do

• Deliver critical data center construction and building systems projects on time, within budget, and according to company design standards.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, customers, and internal departments throughout project delivery.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and change orders.
• Manage contract finances, progress billing, equipment rentals, and project reporting.
• Support RFPs, contract negotiations, project meetings, and required progress logs.
• Support BMS/EPMS design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and database management.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant data center project management experience, including experience managing projects as a manager or owner.
• 10 years of industry-related technical experience with power and HVAC systems, BMS controls, software, and device installation and integration.
• Experience with critical facilities design, architecture, engineering, construction services, and data center-owned power substations.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers and mission-critical facilities.
• Working knowledge of Tridium and Automated Logic Controls software, hardware, peripherals, add-ons, and services.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LON, SNMP, Ethernet, RS-232, and RS485, including the ability to design and troubleshoot integrations.

• Experience with MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
