Sr. Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: Oregon City, Oregon; work must be performed in a company-designated office or field location. The role may involve travel across the United States for solar and EPC projects.

What you will do

• Prepare construction schedules, look-ahead documents, progress reports, billing information, and project deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and serve as the main point of contact for project personnel and clients.
• Prepare labor and material cost estimates, perform field take-offs, and review estimates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor job costs against budgets and report project status to management.
• Coordinate field walk-downs with customers, subcontractors, and construction personnel to assess constructability.
• Support change orders, purchasing documentation, project cost tracking, and construction personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in the transmission and distribution industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of specifications, proposals, cost estimating, the National Electrical Code, and relevant local codes.
• Ability to interpret civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans and specifications related to electrical work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating software such as Accubid, and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
